Social media posts for small business, done for you

4 designed posts a week for Facebook and Instagram, written in your voice and scheduled for you. You get on with running the business.

£150 a month

I make social media posts for small businesses: 4 designed infographic posts a week for Facebook and Instagram, written and scheduled, for £150 a month. You don't open Canva, you don't think up captions at 11pm, and your pages don't go quiet for three months every time you get busy.

These aren't stock photos with a quote slapped on. They're designed posts about your offers, your menu, your services and your business.

Real posts for real clients

Here's a selection of posts I make for clients: Avalon Pro (rope access), Linguine (restaurant), Pasta Sapori (Italian takeaway in Brentwood) and Bulls n Birds (takeaway).

Different trades, different looks, same idea: clear, branded posts that say one thing well.

Who it's for

  • Restaurants and takeaways with menus, deals and seasonal specials to shout about.
  • Trades and specialist services that want to look professional, safe and accredited.
  • Shops, salons and local services that know they should post more and never get round to it.
  • Anyone whose last Facebook post was a while ago.

How it works

  1. Quick chat. What you sell, who buys it, what's coming up and how you talk to customers.
  2. Brand check. Send me your logo, colours and any photos you've got.
  3. I plan and design. I put together your posts with captions.
  4. You approve. I send you the whole month of posts to approve before anything is scheduled. Tell me if anything needs changing.
  5. I schedule them. They go out on Facebook and Instagram, 4 times a week.
  6. Keep me posted. New offer, new menu, big job finished? Tell me and it goes in the plan.

What kind of posts work

For small businesses, the posts that tend to earn their keep are simple and specific:

  • Offers and prices. "BOGOF gyros, £11.99" beats "Come and visit us!"
  • What you actually do. A service, a dish, a finished job.
  • Trust. Accreditations, safety kit, training, insurance.
  • Seasonal moments. Christmas menus, summer deals, back-to-school.
  • Reasons to act now. Lunch deals, limited bookings, collection discounts.

I've written a longer guide on what to post on social media as a small business if you want to see the thinking.

Pricing in plain words

£150 a month for 4 posts a week, designed, written and scheduled for Facebook and Instagram. You don't need a website from me to get social posts, but they work well together: posts get people interested, and a £25 a month website gives them somewhere to go. A Google Business Profile catches the people searching for you directly.

Contract and billing

There's no minimum term. Social posts roll on monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Billing starts when your first month's posts go out, not before.

Common worries

"Will it sound like me?"

That's what the first chat is for. If a caption doesn't sound right, tell me and I'll change it.

"I don't have good photos."

Lots of the posts above are mainly design and words. Phone photos are fine for the rest. I'll tell you what's useful.

"Does social media even work for a business like mine?"

Honestly, it depends. It won't replace being findable on Google. But when someone checks you out on Facebook or Instagram before ringing, an active page with clear offers looks like a business that's open and busy. A dead page looks like the opposite.

What I need from you

Very little, which is the point. The useful things to send me:

  • Your logo and brand colours, if you have them.
  • Your current prices, menu or list of services.
  • Any offers, events or seasonal plans coming up.
  • Photos of your work, food, team or premises. Phone photos are fine.
  • Anything you definitely don't want said.

After that, a quick message when something changes is enough. I'll do the rest.

What makes a good post

Look at the examples above and you'll see the same pattern. One clear message. A price or a reason to act where it makes sense. Big readable text, because most people see it on a phone while scrolling. Your branding, so people recognise you before they read your name. That's what I aim for every time.

Stop worrying about what to post. I'll handle it, 4 times a week. Start my social posts
